Welcome to the services provided by Eichi No Yakata Enterprise (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), including Japanese course and free trial session registration. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering, joining the community group, or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Service Description

1.1 The Service includes:

  • Registration for Japanese free trial sessions and online course information

  • Sending course notifications, event updates, and promotional messages via WhatsApp group, email, or other online channels

1.2 The Service may periodically update session contents, course schedules, and promotional offers. Eichi No Yakata Enterprise reserves the right to modify the Service at any time.

2. Collection and Use of User Information

2.1 When registering or filling out forms, users provide personal information including name, contact number, email, and age (hereinafter referred to as “User Information”).

2.2 User Information will be used for:

  • Confirming registration and sending Zoom links, course schedules, and related information

  • Sending course notifications, event reminders, and promotional messages

  • Improving course content and service experience

2.3 User Information will only be used for the purposes of this Service and will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law or to protect rights.

3. WhatsApp Groups and Messaging / Opt-in Statement

3.1 Users may choose to join WhatsApp groups or provide WhatsApp contact details. By joining, users consent to receive course notifications, free trial session information, and related promotional messages.

3.2 Users registering or submitting a form via Facebook Lead Ads are considered to have explicitly opted-in to receive messages from Eichi No Yakata Enterprise via WhatsApp groups or private chat.

3.3 Users may opt out at any time via the WhatsApp group or private chat. Once opted out, messages will stop, but previously sent messages may still be retained.

3.4 This statement ensures users have opted-in to receive messages, in compliance with WhatsApp official policies and data protection regulations.

4. Events and Promotions

4.1 Users who missed previous free trial sessions may receive notifications of upcoming sessions.

4.2 The Service may periodically send promotional offers or course packages. Users may opt out but remain eligible to register or join groups.

5. User Obligations

5.1 Users must provide accurate and truthful personal information and ensure that contact details are valid.

5.2 Users shall not send spam, malicious links, or content that violates laws or regulations through the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content of the Service, including text, images, videos, course materials, and brand logos, is owned by Eichi No Yakata Enterprise.

6.2 Users may not copy, distribute, or use Service content for commercial purposes without authorization.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Service strives to provide accurate information but is not responsible for any losses caused by information delay, network issues, or user errors.

7.2 Users understand and accept that the Service only provides course information and promotional content, and does not guarantee learning outcomes or specific results.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 These Terms may be updated from time to time and will be published on the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

2. 用户资料收集与使用

2.2 用户资料将用于：

  • 确认报名及发送 Zoom 链接、课程安排及相关信息

2.3 用户资料仅限本服务使用，不会未经同意向第三方出售或分享，但法律要求或为保障权益除外。

3. WhatsApp 群组及信息发送 / Opt-in 声明

3.1 用户可选择加入 WhatsApp 群组或提供 WhatsApp 联系方式。加入即表示用户同意接收课程通知、分享会信息及相关推广信息。

3.2 用户报名或通过 Facebook Lead Ads 提交表单时，即表示已明确同意（opt-in）接收 Eichi No Yakata Enterprise 通过 WhatsApp 群组或私人聊天发送的消息。

3.3 用户可随时通过群组内或私聊方式选择退出，退出后将停止接收上述信息，但已发送的消息可能仍被保留。

3.4 本声明确保用户已主动同意接收信息，符合 WhatsApp 官方使用政策及数据保护要求。

4. 活动与推广

4.1 对于未能参加过往分享会的用户，本服务可能再次发送相关活动信息。

4.2 本服务可能不定期向用户发送课程套餐、优惠或其他推广信息。用户有权选择不接收，但仍可参与报名或加入群组。

5. 用户义务

5.1 用户应提供真实、准确的个人资料，并自行确保联系方式有效。

5.2 用户不得通过本服务发送垃圾信息、恶意链接或违反法律法规的内容。

6. 知识产权

6.1 本服务及课程内容（包括文字、图片、视频、教材、品牌标识等）版权归 Eichi No Yakata Enterprise 所有。

6.2 未经授权，用户不得以任何形式复制、传播或商业使用本服务内容。
